This year we had our family vacation somewhat earlier than usual, taking off for North Carolina the day the kids got out of School in mid-June. As you might expect, we went to Tracy's friend Molly's house for a week. Her place is very nice and you can't beat the price. Highlights of the trip included:
- The view from the Currituck Lighthouse
- Kellie's squeals when we saw the sand crabs feeding at night. (Very Funny!!) This might bear some explanation. Nowhere else on the East Coast where we have stayed, Myrtle Beach, Ocean City have we seen anything like the sand crabs on the Outer Banks. Very big, about the size of your hand, and very fast.
